Informations

MARMöL is a non-competitive cycling event, a pilgrimage through the land of Botticino marble and along the sacred Via del Marmo.

MARMöL is NOT a race.
It is an individual, self-supported ride with a French-style start, where everyone finds their own rhythm, their own struggle, and their own glory.

A celebration of cycling the way we love it: earned through effort, carved by steep climbs and dust, in search of beautiful landscapes — even when they hide just beyond our doorstep.
All of it bound together by moments of conviviality, sharing, and ritual, because the ride may be personal, but the celebration is always collective.
This is MARMöL.

MARMöL is a feast that celebrates Dionysian cycling.
Our refreshment is not just a stop — it is an unforgettable ritual, fueled by wild dancing to the beats of DJ NCHLINEZ powered by Alba Optics

And if the skies decide to test us?
The event will take place regardless of weather conditions, unless official weather alerts are issued by the authorities.
The refreshment and the celebration will in any case be guaranteed at the Museo Mille Miglia.
Rain or shine, the ritual goes on.

MARMöL 2025 will take place on Sunday, 22 March 2026.
The full program including rites, timings and moments of glory is available at this link.

MARMöL will start from the Mille Miglia Museum in Brescia (Viale della Bornata, 123, 25135 Sant'Eufemia della Fonte BS).
The route will guide you through hills and quarries up to the Garda Lake that you’ll see if the Quarry Gods will be generous to us with shiny sun.

MARMöL is an event designed for gravel bikes, although participation is also open to mountain bikes.
The ideal weapon to face the route is a gravel bike equipped with soft gearing — we recommend a front-to-rear ratio easier than 1:1 — and a minimum tyre size of 700 × 38, with 700 × 42 strongly recommended.
Choose wisely the marble may be unforgiving.

MARMöL is a self-supported ride, which means you must be equipped with everything needed to complete the route
(spare tubes, a multi-tool, and all the small objects that keep fate on your side).
Given the winter season, we strongly recommend wearing warm clothing for the ride.
A rain jacket and a down jacket are also advised — and perhaps a change of dry clothes, so you can fully enjoy the celebration once the ride is done.
Lights are not mandatory, but bicycles must be properly prepared for the route and fully compliant with the Highway Code.
A GPS bike computer or a smartphone is mandatory in order to navigate the route, which takes place on roads open to traffic.

MARMöL offers two routes of different difficulty: Inclusive and Hardcore.
Both routes feature steep climbs, but the Inclusive route does not include any particular technical difficulties.
The Hardcore route, on the other hand, will include sections of hike-a-bike as well as singletrack.
For a moderately trained rider, the estimated riding time is 3 hours and 30 minutes for the Inclusive route and 5 hours and 30 minutes for the Hardcore route.
To survive the final party an extremely high level of training is required.

Le informazioni verranno condivise a breve.

Hardcore Route
Due to the significant cardio-respiratory effort required by the long route, participants must hold either:
– a competitive medical fitness certificate (Type B) for high cardiovascular activity, or
– a non-competitive medical certificate for activities involving particularly high cardiovascular effort.
Inclusive Route
Participants riding the short route (approximately 50 km on gravel with 900 m of positive elevation gain) must hold a non-competitive medical fitness certificate.
All medical certificates must be submitted to NEGOT.CC either through the registration form or by email to registrazioni@negot.cc no later than 18/02/2025, and must be valid on the day of the event.
Failure to provide a valid medical certificate will result in cancellation of the event registration.
